Dr. Amy M. Freeman is a leadership strategist, executive and career coach, HR consultant, and educator dedicated to helping professionals and organizations unlock their full potential. With extensive experience spanning from human resources, leadership development, strategic planning, coaching, training, customer experience, and organizational development, she empowers individuals to confidently navigate change, elevate their careers, and lead with purpose.

As the Founder and CEO of Thriive Beyond, Dr. Freeman believes that every person has the ability to grow beyond their current circumstances. Her mission is to equip professionals, emerging leaders, executives, and organizations with the strategies, confidence, and leadership skills needed to achieve meaningful, lasting success. Through personalized coaching, consulting, and leadership development, she helps clients move beyond limitations and create careers aligned with their goals and purpose.

Dr. Freeman holds an Associate of Science from Allen County Community College, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Friends University, a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management (DeVry University), and a Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University.
